Coziest Creek Cabin Rules Complying with these House Rules is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to the below House Rules may result in penalties such as deductions from the security deposit or eviction. All Guests of renter must also comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the owner during their stay. Renter is responsible for ensuring that their guests are complicit with these House Rules. 1. Guests and Noise Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the home. Renter is responsible for ensuring registered guests do not exceed the number initially reserved. Any additions or non-overnight guests must be approved by the owner first and are subject to an additional fee as noted on the listing. Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – Outside quiet hours are from 10pm-8am and strictly maintained so as to keep positive relations with our neighbors. Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit. 2. Normal Hazards exist Renter acknowledges and accepts the risk for hazards that exist in and around the property of this nature and that it is the responsibility of the renter and their guests to familiarize themselves with those hazards to avoid any issues. The bridge, road and driveway require extreme caution even in good weather. 4 wheel drive is highly recommended in winter months. Snow and Ice can make the bridge, road,driveway, stairways, decks, and grounds very dangerous, especially at night so use of extra caution is advised. Extreme caution must also be adhered to when using the fireplace, firepit, hot tub, loft stairs, or playing in or near the creek. Children must be closely monitored in all these areas as well all unfamiliar places. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. 3. Be a good steward of our home. Trash cans are provided, if trash cans are full, please empty your trash in the large outdoor cans. Guests are encouraged to turn off lights, heaters, fans, fireplaces and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. Any time Guests leave the house, please ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. 4. Outdoor spaces Before using outdoor spaces you must read directions provided in the How to guide. Towels are provided for hot tub use and are located near the deck exit. Please do not take white bath towels outside. No glass or smoking allowed near the hot tub. Prolonged use of the hot tub can be dangerous for anyone, children and those pregnant especially. Please do not disturb hot tub settings, floaters or chemicals. Before using the fire pit, make sure surrounding leaves and flammable debris are removed. Do not use any chemical means to start a fire. Fully extinguish any fire after use. When using the BBQ grill, turn the propane on before use and off after use. Allow the grill to cool down before cleaning and replacing the cover. When using the deck, children should always be supervised. 5. Smoking/Alcohol/Drugs Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin at any time. Smoking outside is only permitted more than 50 feet away from the house and away from any flammable ground cover. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. When drinking outside please use plastic containers. Using any illegal substance or performing illegal activities is immediate cause for eviction. 6. Property damage or missing items Renter takes full responsibility for any damages they or their guests cause. Damages are billed for replacement plus time and materials. Items are inventoried after each stay, missing items such as towels, pillows, utensils, etc will be billed at replacement plus time. All Damages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. 7. Pets are not allowed inside the Cabin at any time. 8. Fireworks With low canopy and dry wood everywhere Fireworks are not permitted at the cabin. The Owner reserves the right and renter accepts that owner may terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or engage in any illegal activity or who cause a nuisance to neighbors. The cabin is located 1/4 mile off a paved road. The bridge upon the entrance is sturdy but may be slippery in bad weather. Access to the cabin requires caution in good weather, and all wheel drive during bad weather. There is ample parking in front of the cabin. The entrance is to the far side patio door and the access is via key code.

Located literally over the river and through the woods, this log cabin is tucked a few miles off of Marshall's Creek Road which is beautiful in an of itself.
Located 1/4 mile off a paved road on a rough but typically drivable narrow bumpy dirt road. In winter 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended as ice and snow may persist.
